The show this weekend at the Sandbar was a blast. My buddy Chris Rogers played percussion and the sound was amazing. If you couldn't make it to the show be sure to check out some of the other dates. Chris will be performing with me as often as he can.

Following the Saturday night show I got together with my family for the super bowl and a casual family football game. But a family football game never stays casual! We got more heated then a Tecmo Super Bowl game.

After ninety minutes of football I think every muscle in my body was destroyed. It was worth it though. I had to have burned a couple thousand calories running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

Of course when we got back in to watch the game I think I ate and drank a million calories worth of pizza, beer and other snacks. Oh well, it was worth it!
